We collect and use this information only with your explicit consent, given when you submit your traveller details, and solelyto arrange and deliver your trip safely (for example, to brief airlines, hotels, transport providers, and guides on access or catering needs). You are never required to provide it; where nothing applies you may answer “None”. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us, though this may affect our ability to accommodate specific requirements on your trip.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell customer information to third parties. Personal information may only be shared with trusted travel suppliers, hotels, transport providers, visa processing partners, or other service providers where necessary to fulfil the booked travel arrangements — together with our payment processors, our email service provider (Resend), and regulatory bodies when required by law.
7. Data Retention
We retain booking data for 7 years for legal and financial compliance. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe. Enquiry data is retained for 2 years after your last interaction.
Passport & Identification Document Retention
Where passport copies or identification documents are collected for booking or visa-related purposes, such documents — together with the related special category data (dietary, medical, mobility, allergy and accessibility information) and emergency contact details — will normally be securely deleted within 90 days after completion of travel, unless a longer retention period is required by law, supplier obligations, ongoing dispute resolution, or your consent.
