The clauses below govern bookings on this policy. They take precedence over any summary on this page, package listing, or quote PDF.
1. About Us
GoJoy Holidays operates UK day trips, coach tours, and leisure travel experiences. By making a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking & Confirmation
Booking is confirmed only after full payment or deposit.
Confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp.
Passenger details must be accurate at booking time.
We reserve the right to refuse bookings before confirmation.
3. Pricing
All prices are in GBP (£).
Prices are fixed at the time of booking.
Future prices may change without notice.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Customer cancellation:
- 14+ days before departure: 50% refund OR 100% travel credit
- 7–13 days before departure: 25% refund OR 50% travel credit
- 48 hours – 6 days before departure: No refund (credit may be offered at our discretion)
- Less than 48 hours before departure: No refund, no credit
Important conditions:
- Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
- No refunds for missed departures or no-shows.
- Tickets are non-transferable unless approved in writing.
- One-time reschedule may be allowed subject to availability.
5. GoJoy Cancellation Rights
We may cancel or reschedule trips due to: low passenger numbers, severe weather conditions, road closures or traffic disruption, coach breakdown or supplier issues, or safety / operational concerns.
In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or free reschedule option.
6. Pickup & Departure Rules
Passengers must arrive 10–15 minutes before departure.
Coaches depart on time and cannot wait beyond 5–10 minutes.
Late arrival = no refund or credit.
Return timings may vary due to traffic or delays.
7. Passenger Conduct
Respect staff and fellow travellers.
Follow driver instructions at all times.
No alcohol abuse, drugs, or disruptive behaviour.
We reserve the right to remove passengers without refund for misconduct.
8. Children & Safety
Children must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
Parents/guardians are responsible for supervision at all times.
Child seats must be requested in advance if required.
9. Health & Accessibility
Customers must inform us of any medical or mobility requirements before booking. Some locations may not be fully accessible.
10. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend all passengers take personal travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.
11. Liability Disclaimer
GoJoy Holidays operates through licensed third-party coach operators who hold valid UK passenger liability insurance and public liability insurance.
We are not responsible for: injury, illness or accidents not caused by our negligence; loss or theft of personal belongings; third-party service failures (restaurants, attractions, etc.); or delays due to traffic, weather, or external factors.
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the trip.
12. Personal Belongings
All personal belongings are carried at owner’s risk.
13. Optional Activities
Entry tickets and optional activities are not included unless stated and must be paid separately.
14. Photography & Marketing
Photos and videos may be taken during trips for marketing purposes. Customers may opt out by informing us before departure.
15. Complaints
Complaints can be sent to joy@gojoyholidays.co.uk or via the complaint form on our website.
We aim to respond within 7–10 working days.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
