Overview

A 2-night Kerala coastal escape from Trivandrum — Padmanabhaswamy Temple, Shanghumugham Beach, Poovar Backwaters and the cliffside Azhimala Shiva Temple at Kovalam.

Pick up at Trivandrum and check into a hotel before stepping into Kerala's southern coast. Day one opens with the legendary Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple, the Chitra Art Gallery, Napier Museum and Thiruvananthapuram Zoo, then a sunset stroll on Shanghumugham Beach. Day two heads south to Poovar — the Chenkal Maheswaram Shiva Parvathy Temple, an optional boating cruise through the Poovar Backwaters where the river meets the sea, and an afternoon at the iconic Kovalam Beach. Day three finishes with the dramatic Azhimala Shiva statue above the Arabian Sea before the airport drop.
